Very good. Close to city center.
Nice staff.. We stayed for just one night. The property charges a deposit (equivalent to the room rate) which is refunded after the stay is completed. Since I've been using Booking, I haven't seen such practices. You need to plan your expenses in advance because of this.

Pleasant. The location and email responses were good and the guy at the reception was very polite and helpful.. Seeing the smelly piles of bags of dirty laundry on corridors near the stairs. It was ugly, not a nice sight to look at in the mornings..

Pleasant. Location was excellent, basically behind Centre Pompidou. 3 minutes walk to Hotel de Ville where you can get to anywhere and 10 minutes walk to Notre Dame. The hotel room was supertiny but aren´t they all in Paris!. The room could have been cleaner, when I got there there was hair in the toilet (though the cleaner came quickly when I let them know) and in general just a bit old-dated, you can see the walls, the carpet they aren´t exactly fresh. Though I have to say that the bed was made up and bathroom cleaned every day. The room was hot and stuffy most of the time, thankfully the air conditioner helped!.
