Good hotel outside tourist zone. The hotel is well located <1km from 2 metro stations. The neighbourhood seemed safe for walking, had nearby restaurants, park and gelato.
The inside of the hotel is modern, clean. Breakfast was basic, but satisfying.
Mattress was old style springs, not comfortable.
Reception staff were very helpful arranging transport, helped us with an aggressive taxi driver trying to overcharge us.
The attached restaurant Figo had awful food, poor service. Apparently this is not run by the hotel.. .

Terrible experience, never again!. Close to the bus stop, generally clean appearance.. Unfortunately this hotel completely failed in delivery the service it advertised. A basic element of traveling to Rome is AC, which this hotel advertised. When we got there however the AC was turned off and the hotel wouldn't turn it on, not broke but turned off. At one stage the room reach 28 degrees and was stale air. The solution they gave was to open the window. Outside was stale hot air, a very noisy road, and mosquitoes that came in and bit me.
Overall it was a terrible experience and the staff did nothing to help..

Terrible Hotel. This place has very poor quality and irrelevant staff. There are no hygiene items in the rooms, the refrigerator is insufficient. There isn't even water in the rooms. It's far from the center, it doesn't have its own parking place. My car was towed in front of the door and my wife and children were checked out while I was away without being given a chance to pack their belongings.
Even though my wife asked, we were officially kicked out of the hotel. They gave my wife and my child the room on the 4th floor, and me and my other child on another floor. I do not recommend the families to stay at all.. .

bit of a disappointment. breakfast options are skant, croissant, cake or yogurt.
Rooms are delapidated and items broken
30 minutes from center city Rome and the historic sites so not terrible walkable, although the bus is outside the front door.
Said to be a 3 star, I'm not sure I'd agree but it was my first trip to europe so maybe 3 stars there is far less than in US

Pleasent stay with excellent rooms and 7 minutes walk to Metro and busses to center or Porto de Roma. First, the breakfast, food and atmosphere in the resturant is excellent, staff everywhere are doing their job with a smile.. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the future.
No negative remarks at all..

Exceptional. Everything was good here, no complaints stuff personal.veey nice helpful and happy, the breakfast was great and good preparation, dinner phone was amazing, very clean hotel I highly recommend this place.. I love everything you must be stay here.
