Very good. In general everything was very good. I had to stay in a room that was in a nearby building and everything was very good. The location is unbeatable (when you go out to the street you can see the Colosseum in the distance), the room is quite large with everything you need. The cleanliness was very good. Carla's attention was excellent.. The wifi was very bad. It almost never worked. Definitely something to improve.

Overall comfy stay, great location. Location is great, felt safe and comfortable. It's within 15 minutes walk to the Colesseo, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. It's a few blocks from Cavour metro station, so super convenient to Roma Termini train station. The elevator is so quaint, one of the original ones in Rome, but super small, just enough for 2 small framed women with 2 carry on suitcases. It's close to restaurants.
We had room 105. The shower stall was very small, do not pick this place if you are a bigger person. We had some issues with the front desk, where we were charged for drinks we didn't drink from the mini bar, and the final bill was not fully charged, so they had to charge me again a few hours after check out, without my knowledge, although I was expecting it. We messaged with the front desk via Whatsapp for our entire stay and that's how they told us.
Housekeeping threw away a leftover pizza I had wanted to eat for lunch, only because it was left out, because it wouldn't fit in the mini bar, and they don't check if there's food inside. There was no garbage bin in the common area, only the bathroom. We use a spare plastic shopping bag to put our garbage but they threw my food away.
There are quite a few keys, with a large bell keychain, so a bit bulky to carry around.. .

Good. Location of the hotel to places like the Colosseum and Roman Forum was great. The lady that checked us in was friendly and gave us some information via whatsapp that was good.. The room didn't have tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was rock hard. When we spoke with the gentleman didn't speak English and when we used Google translator, he said that he would look into it. He didn't and we ended up putting the spare blanket under the sheet to pad it out..

A decent value, even with some caveats. This is probably one of the best-located hotels at this price point in Rome. Monti is a great neighborhood, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Colosseum within walking distance.
As for the hotel room itself, it was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed with good-quality furniture and a hint of old glamor in the details of the interior. But there were a few (minor, to be fair) issues: The room was extremely humid, even when the A/C was on. The shower head, one of those retractable ones, would not stay up, instead flopping downward unless you carefully put it at a very specific angle that made showering awkward. And, being on the ground level, there were quite a few bugs that found their way inside.
But the staff were friendly, and, again, the price and the location were good.. .

the staff is very friendly. You need to change paper cups to glass
in the evenings the water in the shower was quite cold.

Very helpful staff in a convenient part of town. A nice place to stay also.. The room and staff were very good. The staff was very helpful even after we left. It was a short walk to many very good restaurants.. I really don't have any complaints about the hotel..

I will stay here again. Simple, comfortable and great value for money. Stocked mini bar. No breakfast service but typical Italian morning “bar” 20 meters away to get your coffee and pastries.. Maybe the hotel has had too many bad guests before but the room is covered in signage about check out times, cleaning times, lost key charges etc..
