. Für 60€ Ohne Früschtücken und ohne Parkplätzen finde ich sehr teuer Allgemein Otel war in ordnung. .

. In diesem Hotel wird man wie ein König behandelt. Die Mitarbeiter bis zur Managementebene kümmern sich um die Gäste. Besonderes gefallen hat mir: 1- Angekommen bin ich ganz früh. Etwa um 8 Uhr morgens. Trotzdem hat man mir direkt ein Zimmer gegeben, weil man gesehen hat, dass ich mit meiner Tochter und Frau bin. 2- Ich hatte das Hotel bei der Reservierung mitgeteilt, dass ich gerne ein gutes Zimmer haben möchte. Dieser Wunsch wurde auch berücksichtigt und man hat mir (weil wohl frei war) eines der größten Zimmer gegeben. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dort sehr gut.. .

. The check in was very good at Eresin especially Mr. Ramazan who gave me the room so early, but I didn’t like the behavior of the bellboy who started reacting in unprofessional way because Instead I didn’t give Tips ! Also leaving the room and closing the door fastly ! Unlucky they didn’t knew that I understand 5 languages Thank you for housekeeping lady who followed me asking for my needs. .

Awfull. I stayed with my family in 2 rooms; We took this hotel because of the location and rating; Very bad experience. Rooms badly insulated; You can hear what is going on in the other clients rooms; Very annoying for my kids to hear the voices of newly married people; Very bad breakfast : no cups; no plates, etc..limited options. To be fair, the only positive point is the location which is great.. .

Avoid This Hotel. Stayed 3 nights. First 2 in a tiny room with no closet/drawers. The suitcase had to be open in the middle of the room. There was no light - we kept stepping on our stuff. We asked for a lamp, they didn't have any - they changed our room. I made it clear that my husband could not tolerate cigarette smoke due to asthma. When we entered the “nonsmoking” room they moved us to, the porter commented on the smell & opened the window. The room had a strong smoky/chemical smell. We tried to air it out. My husband's asthma became increasingly bad, & by 1am he couldn't breath & moved to the hall. The staff noticed him in the hall & invited him to sleep in the lobby. He spent a few hours in the lobby, then people came in smoking. A porter, trying to help, suggested a conference rm. ~4am, my husband was on the floor of a conference room trying to sleep; they brought him a blanket. Needless to say, it was a terrible night and he almost ended up at the hospital. I went to discuss the situation with a manager. The man just kept insisting it was a nonsmoking room and therefore couldn’t smell & didn’t even apologize. He was condescending & rude. He refused to give me any direct contact info for the main manager. He took my contact info, but I never heard from anyone. I never heard back from anyone. I emailed the hotel twice. I contacted Best Western. The hotel still didn't respond to me, but told Best Western that they offered us a suite repeatedly, but we refused! Saying my husband “Chose to sleep on the floor of a conference room floor!” Awful place. Avoid.. .

Near city centre but not clean at all. It was some smell comin out of a room. Loke a damp. . .
