Superb. The hotel was very coose to the center near train and metro station which was amazing. We had issues with warm water on the first day but orher than that it was good.
The staff was super helpful and spoke great english.. The room needed a deep clean, you can see tha they are taken care of and cleaned on a regular basis but some spots were dirty. The curtains had some mysterious stains. The bathroom was clean but the corners needed a bit more attention. It was overall okay but if they want to improve i would suggest a deep clean..

Great Location, good value.. The location was EXCELLENT!
Front desk staff was very polite.
All one had to do was leave the termini and the hotel was maybe 100 meters from the termini!
Clean room. The AC worked great and considering it was a furnace in Rome we really appreciated the coolness. The room was nicely refurbished too.
IT WAS SOUND PROOF.
The bathroom was incredibly difficult to maneuver. I'm thin too.
The bidet took up way too much room and one had to contort to get from the shower to the sink. There was mold behind the soap dispenser.
We had no coverlet on the bed, and had to ask for one.
The safe.... we had to laugh. There was a safe alright but it wasn't attached to anything and it weighed maybe 15 lbs. Hence it wasn't useable.
I brought that to the front desk's attention.
For the price and location, we feel we got a bargain. Even in Rome.
We only stayed 2 days on our way to Umbria, and that's why we chose this location.
PS...Rome was a filthy dirty mess. HOT as HELL! FULL of graffiti even on the beautiful ancient monuments. Very disappointing.
ON the fence about ever going back, and if I do it'll be in early spring or late fall.
Don't know what happened to that once great place to visit.
DO NOT GO IN THE SUMMER UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!

Overall it was excellent. I liked The comfort, the location was very close to the termini station where we could easily access every corner of Rome. It was safe as well, the staff was very helpful and they welcomed us.. .

Horrible service . The hotel electricity got cut multiple time during day and night each takes more than half an hour’s to come back and this was in the middle of July , we were experiencing about 40 degrees and the hotel didn’t take any responsibility what so ever no compensation and the only things we get was a meaningless sorry when we checked out .. .
