A very good SPA Hotel. I visited this hotel at the weekend including SPA, Thai-Massage and Special Turkish bath "Hamam". It was a very nice experience. The good thing about this hotel is its spring water. It is very healthy. The hotel is very clean and the SPA area is quite comfortable. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent. Especially the restaurant was very clean and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. I highly advise this place if you really want to relax and get rid of the stress of Istanbul. The rooms are also quite big and in rooms, the bath has also spring water.. .

The standards are sliding. The spa for ladies only is great.. The beds this were not very comfortable and a lady at the reception was very rude and arrogant. I spoke to the manager about her attitude but nothing was done..

Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!. Nothing honestly. The lack of cleanliness. The SMELL WAS TERRIBLE! You can actually smell it through the whole hallway. The bathroom smelled so bad to the point where I tried avoiding the bathroom as much as possible during the stay. The kitchen staff couldn’t communicate or understand English. Most of the residents were elders the whole place had a weird smell and vibe..
