. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a simple hotel but the beds were very comfortable and it had the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the French breakfast served at acacia hotel (for an extra charge) . .

. The entire room smells like cigarette including all the blankets, towels and pillows. Although it’s a cheap place to stay, I would rather pay extra and stay somewhere more comfortable. . .

. I needed a non expensive, clean hotel which will be walking distance (25-45 minutes) from the Louvre / Pompidow / Notredam) which I used only to sleep. This one satisfied my needs very well.. .

Beware the language barrier if you book directly!. We had 2 experiences where our bookings were messed up. We assumed was because of the language barrier. There is no kettle/jug in the room or facility for boiling water in the hotel. Coffee is available at the paid breakfast. There is a supermarket opposite. Turning left & along is a Boulangerie with tables outside for coffee & pastry. Turning right from the hotel & along is Chez Collette a little cafe only open for lunch Monday to Friday.They only have one choice per day & dessert & ham & salad sandwiches with the best mayo. This is probaly the cheapest cafe in Paris. Get in early.. .

. The place was old dirty, they not even had bath towels I will not recommend to anyone . .
