The hotel is clean and cute, however they have some work to do.. The location is quite good because of the infrastructure. You have everything there: food, stores, clothes shops and others. Also, there is Marmaray and metro nearby, and tram, and many different attractions not far from the place.
They have a good breakfast, a big choice of food, everything is fresh.
The stuff is polite.. It is located in a small street, a very dirty and crowded part.
Eggs for breakfast are hard-boiled, only one choice. Usually, hotels also have soft-boiled eggs for choice.
It was really hard to get some boiled water for tea every time. I didn't have a kettle in my room and they don't have any hot water in any common areas.
The Internet is very unstable, I had to reconnect many times per day. Speed is quite good though.
The toilet in the room was not screwed down, so it was shaking under me. And the seat on it is too small, almost smaller that the hole..

Pleasant. Position, staff availability breakfast. I had to pay 6 nights by cash because they were not able (wanted) to accept credit cards,and asked to withdraw from ATM machines (by incurring 14% charge).
