Never again . No cleaning , room dirty, no refill of shampoo and toilet paper , very dirty under beds ,beds realy bad , electrical plugs falling out of the Walls ….. only up side is that it was cheap. . .

Water was cut off for 3-4 hours in one day during my stay. The air conditioner was ruined after some days and after so many calls they changed my room. The reception wasn’t supportive at all! I asked for a restroom (WC) on my check-out day and he said I don’t know!. .

HOTEL HORRIBLE A FUIR DE TOUTE URGENCE. J'ai eu l'occasion d'aller dans une trentaine d'hôtels mais je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale et un personnel non professionnel.
J'ai demandé à 3 reprises des serviettes J'ai dû relancé le mr de l'accueil en insistant que je les voulais maintenant et son collègue m'a répondu que je devais attendre qu'il finisse sa cigarette. Le mr a fini par m'apporter des serviettes sales humides dans lesquelles il y avait des cheveux.
La salle de bain était horrible, la climatisation fuyait dans la chambre.
Heureusement que nous y sommes restés que 1 jour le temps de prendre notre avion le lendemain.
J'en garde un très très très mauvais souvenir.
Je déconseille fortement.. .

. I did not get the room I booked online, and staff did not care about changing me to the room I payed for. On top of that the price for the rooms were expensive. I would like the price to be adjusted. Plus the room wasn't clean, and the bathroom was smelly the entire stay. I took pictures, and I wish if I can upload them here to show how unsatisfying is the room. It was literally like 4x4 room. Never going to book with them again.. .
