Lied in pictures to make it more appealing, and hide the truth in the Hotel Amenities section.. The receptionists were nice. Very understanding and always tried to help.. 1. The pictures on Booking.com... none of the extras were available, they could have atleast told us the outdoor swimming pool is out of bounds until summer. We only booked this hotel due to its swimming pools.
2. This hotel is actually a sports club. Locals (children most of the time) in Istanbul use the 2 football pitches, 2 tennis courts and indoor swimming pool ALL DAY, thus not allowing us to use or book the facilities when we want. Noone wants to play at 11pm, we want to explore the nightlife in Istanbul. But trying to book a 1 hour slot in the day, forget it, its been pre-booked.
3. 3 lights in our room didnt work. Took 3 days for them to fix 2 and they left the last one saying theres enough light and make do with what you have..

Poor place to stay. Not worth it.. Location was near general transportation.. No one speaks English. Every thing is old. Breakfast is just a plate (because of Ramadan although we are tourists and it is a hotel!) safe box not working and they were not able to fix it. Smell of smoking. The door of the Balcony didn’t close well and cold weather get in the room. Pooooooooooooooooooor internet. Broken toilet. Unprofessional staff (cleaning staff not included they were good)..
