A nicely decorated hotel in a prime location, but with very small rooms.. This is a newly refurbished hotel, with nicely decorated rooms. The location was excellent, close to all amenities and within walking distance to sights, and yet hidden away in a quiet alley.. Although nicely decorated, the room was extremely small—there wasn’t even enough space to open two small hand suitcases, making it feel very cramped. The bedside tables, designed as tree trunks, were aesthetically pleasing but impractical due to their small size. Downstairs, the lobby was minimal, and the breakfast area wasn’t particularly inviting for lingering. However, this wasn’t a major issue for us since we spent most of our time exploring. The four-star rating felt a bit exaggerated. Lowering it would help manage expectations, leading to more satisfied guests..

Exceptional. Everything you're gonna need for your stay în Paris. The room was nice, clean, quiet, well equipped. We had plenty of towels, L'Occitane products, confy beds, free bottles of waters. The room was cleaned every day. It was really cozy and the people working there were very nice-they even offered us complementary sleeping masks when we were checking out. We could also leave our luggage there and come back for them later on the day of our check-out. We felt very welcomed-highly recommend!!!. .

Central and good. Good love the location was very close by walk and metro near by. A bit small but it was boutique after all.

Great Hotel / Great Location. I stayed at this hotel while on a 6-day small group tour and thoroughly enjoyed it there. The room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and the staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful.
The location was on a quiet side street in a central location and close to a Metro station with lots of cafes and restaurants and other shops comfortably close (even a small clean laundromat!).. .

What a nice boutique hotel. A very good location walkable to most tourist spots including Montmartre, Opera and Louvre, with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by despite inside a private district that my taxi driver had trouble finding the exact drop off location. My top floor family room has a good view and a comfortable bed for a good sleep with peaceful surroundings that I never felt uneasy. The staff is nice and the breakfast is wonderful. You may drop off and leave your luggage during check in and check out.. .

Small but cosy. A good, cosy hotel, comfortable bed, all in all good location. Notice that the A/C didn't work, which was very upsetting for us. The rooms are small, the bathroom is very small as well. The staff was helpful. The entry to the hotel is through an ally that felt a bit cringe and unwelcoming during the night. The breakfast was decent (though there were no vegetables). all in all, we had a good experience there as a couple.. .

Nice hotel but expensive (as most Parisian hotels are). The location is great and I guess what you are really paying for. The room does look like the photo, although perhaps a little more tired and less luxurious in real life. It's Paris, so expect the rooms to be tiny and expensive for what you get! For that reason, we probably wouldn't return.
We got checked in earlier which was much welcomed. The guy didn't tell us that they offer free drinks downstairs but we found out by accident when we went down to order one, so happy accident. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room too which was nice and free water (although no fridge but probably because there isn't room). Breakfast was 20 euros each so we skipped it. Would have felt better value if this had been included. And the room service menu was way too expensive (the most expensive I've seen out of 75 countries and hundreds of hotels I've stayed in!).
People mention the lift which is tiny but we didn't find it a problem at all. 2 adults and a child can fit without luggage. When we had luggage, we just went separately.
And reviews also mention the street... It's off a very busy/great area but there were a few homeless people's belongings. This didn't bother us and we felt safe enough. If you are offended, there is another end to the passage way which is a bit more appealing if you want to come through that way. Being in a small side street meant that it was quiet, even though you're in the thick of it, so actually quite handy.
Nice view from our window, very 'Emily in Paris' so I've added some pics :-). .
