Clean room, great location & friendly staff. We were upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which we were delighted about. The staff at the reception are very friendly & helpful, speaking both English and Spanish. Ester helped us check in and she was lovely! In your room you’re provided a complimentary bottle of still water which was nice. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Great location just off of Passage De Gracia, maybe a 10 minute scroll from Pl. Catalunya. I would definitely recommend :). .

Worth the visit but ........ First impressions absolutely stunning hotel. Check in the young lady was lovely and so helpful. Room well worth paying the extra for a suite with balcony. Central to explore gorgeous Barcelona. Just a couple of things not making it a full score. 17 euros for a burger served with fries (crisps) When queried with a rather rude male receptionist he blamed the translation. Yeah I get everyone calls chips something different, but when you advertise a clear burger showing chips/fries and instead get literally a packet of crisps/chips on the plate it's slightly disappointing. So perhaps change the picture. Now to the pool, it's on the surface gorgeous and inviting. But ...... health and safety needs looked at. Both sets of steps to the enter the pool are beginning to lift out the wood and are really unsafe. The wood is also warped with jagged ends sticking up. Hope this is looked at and fixed as it's really a hazard waiting to happen. Would still recommend as overall the hotel and majority of the team are fabulous.. .

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.. Awesome hotel! Rooms were really stylish and absolutely immaculate. The whole hotel was actually. The staff were lovely and super helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, the bathroom was stunning. It was genuinely the perfect hotel. Excellent location as well. Right next to a major metro/rail station, and within walking distance of loads of attractions from La Ramblas to Sagrada Familia. If I could rate this higher than a 10 then I would!. .

Location, service, personnel, food on breakfasts - everything was great and at the very high level. I strongly recommend. Great Service and friendly personnel. Location is in the heart of Barcelona.. All was great..

Great find good location. Staff were friendly and full of good tips. Nice touch with sweets, fruit and water at reception. Reception staff extremely knowledgeable. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and served until 12! Regularly replenished. Checkout time of midday.. Room faced a busy main road but did have balcony and wasn't noisy. Lights made the room cosy but difficult to see. Makeup application in bathroom but too dark for in room. Pool doesn't open until 1st May.

It has set a high benchmark for other hotels that we stay in.. Great location & an elegant, quirky boutique hotel. Friendly & helpful staff, clean room with very comfortable mattress, pillow & quality linen. The balcony was a bonus.. .

Can't recommend it enough. Not sure where to begin. Let's start with the main reason I've given them 5 stars. The Staff - they couldn't do enough for us. They were always polite, approachable and had a smile. I let them know before we arrived that it was my partner's birthday. When we arrived they informed us that they had given us a free upgrade. Wow! Not expected. Then on his actual birthday they had gone to the effort to give him a birthday card and chocolates which was a wonderful surprise when we got back to the room. Your hospitality went above and beyond Hotel - the hotel was immaculate, our upgraded room was massive with a balcony overlooking Cassa Battlo. The balcony was lovely to chill in the morning and nights. We normally live in the country and didn't find the city noise loud at all. The toiletries provided were of high quality and the shower, wow, powerful and warm. We chose to only have our room cleaned on one of the days we stayed but everything was restocked ready for the second half of our stay. Tea/Coffee provided which is always nice. Location - Perfect for exploring this beautiful city. Close to metro station and easy walk to Placa de Catalunya. Also next street along is the hop on hop off bus stops. Nearby - we didn't try out the restaurant or bar whilst here as we tried a lot of places nearby. Bakery across the street for breakfast was really good quality and value. Also, Vinitus tapas bar across the road is beautiful and highly recommended. Thank you Room Mate Anna - you made our stay in Barcelona the best ever. I would recommended this hotel to anyone visiting the city . .

Superb. It was a really nice room. The hotel is super cute. The staff were extremely kind. We had a nice stay. The beds are comfy, and the location is perfect. Maybe the room is a little bit dark, but we were out all day. Also, breakfast could be a little better with more choices for that amount.. .
