How rude!. Booked and received adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean, but the air conditioning in one was very weak. When I called down to ask about it on the 1st evening, I was told someone would come up in about 10 mins to check it. After 45 minutes, I called to say it could just be checked tomorrow. There was no answer on the 2nd call, and nobody came.
In the morning, after a very noisy and hot night with the window open, I Apple to the last at reception.
She told me, after checking, that it was a sufficient temperature. She said the other room was too cold (both on sale temperature but actually working properly in 2nd room) and the 1st room didn't need to be any cooler so she wouldn't call anyone to check it.
Basically, she was very rude. Very poor customer service 🤨😒

Met my needs perfectly.. Room was warm, queit and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. WiFi also very good. Staff were very kind and helpful.. Very minor issue, but the bath screen made it a little difficult to get in and out for a shower..
