. This hotel is located a walking distance from grand bazaar and shopping area in Istambul. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, variety of food to choose from- we enjoyed it very much.. .

. The hotel was OK. The pool and spa area were lovely. Room was quite small and aircon did not work. Room was hot too without hearing on which meant window needed opening but there is a constant stream of noise all day from traffic and mosque and then all evening from the restaurant bar across the road.
Some of the staff were lovely but others not so much. I was quite worried upon checking in as it seemed like the man on reception couldn't find my booking until I mebtioned Expedia. Thrn suddenly my booking was found but he still worked out something on a calculator before checking us in. Upon waking after our first night we found the dressing table covered with water from a leaking kettle. Everything on table was soaked including the hotels own feedback forms.. This was eventually sorted and kettle replaced after second time of asking. Cleaners do a lovely job and will replace towels daily if you press the clean room button on door and leave used towels on bathroom floor. Room refreshments such as coffee and tea are sparse. Bed was rick hard and so uncomfortable.. Breakfast options are vast... There is so much to choose from and try. The little coffee shop at front of Restaurant is nice but hotel prices. Thr view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing..

not very good. it was bad at the reception it wasn't nice so it ordered it wasn't the same as I saw in the picture the only thing that was good was the place it's located otherwise it's not very good. .

Gulsoy. Was a pretty decent hotel. The staff are really friendly no issues there. The room could have had a better view. Other than that no issues really.
Is a nice hotel within the reach of Sultanahmet, nicely ticked awau in case you want it a bit more quiet.. .
