A l arrivée à 3h du matin, la réservation n avait pas été transmise par Hotels.com, j ai du attendre 30min pour enfin pouvoir accéder à ma chambre où la fenetre avait été laissée grande ouverte, sans chauffage bien sur, literie humide, chambre avec un froid polaire, pas de changement de chambre donc très mécontente évidemment.. .
