Good. We arrived to the hotel at 3 pm and we are staying for less than a day, yet they said the room is not ready and we have to wait one hour till the room is ready. This is despite of the fact that I informed the hotel I need early check in.. .

I did not like the check-in. Checked in at 9.30pm. Very helpful lady who answered all questions and did everything efficiently. Towards end of check-in, another man at front desk comes across and says ‘oh she’s just learning’, pats her on her shoulder!! (So patronising and men should not touch woman at work) and then proceeds to repeat everything she has already told/asked me. At some point - I said - please can I go to my room, I know all this. If this is how Sofitel trains its staff - I won’t stay there again. .

Great stay! Had a very comfortable room, super comfortable linen, great lunch at the hotel and the staff is very friendl. Fabulous location - right by Paris Opera and Galeries Lafayette.. Nothing not to like.

The breakfast was very good and with a good variety. At the breakfast Jose and Flavio were amazing, very friendly and they pay attention to any detail and any need we had the best service!

Glad to staying here every time we are in paris. The location is perfect and the rooms always clean and all the staff they are very helpful and friendly especially ekram she is so helpful and kind from the front desk.. The Concierge they’re not helpful at all even for simple things every time we staying in the hotel the same thing happened.
Not all the luxury rooms the same there is some different between them and every time we must ask for the better luxury rooms i mean the size or the bigger looks gave in by the design maybe 🤔.
