Very good. Clean hotel,close to the train station Cazlicesme (you have directly line to the Sirkeci.. Breakfas can be better,Staff can be more patient
Breakfast during untill 10:30 right at 10:30 the weitress asks if she can clear the plates,when we had check out 10 min before check out the recepcinist call to remmind us.
In my opinion this is hotel with 4 stars that staff have to be more patient.

Service Above and Beyond. Our receptionist Rasul provided exceptional service and was extremely helpful. He impressed us as being a candidate for much bigger things at Hilton. Cudos to Hilton for hiring such a personable multi lingual and helpful staff.
Also hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel.. .

Very good. Good size of rooms, comfortable bed. Average breakfast, poor soundproof of rooms, also - not directly related to hotel - an awful taxi the receptionist called for me (old, damaged, dirty, not safe).

Quick stay during stopover. Nice hotel.. We stayed in this hotel for about 12 hours due to an Istanbul layover. The room ws organized by Turkish Aurlines. Its a good hotel, modern and compact rooms which were very clean and comfortable to have a short nap and shower before our next flight. The location is very far from tourist areas so we had to take a taxi to Sultanahmet. We missed breakfast but were offered lunch which was very basic but ok.. .
