Good quality service with a smile. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms and we were accommodated on the same floor which was convenient. Iliana from the front desk had arranged this for us we were very happy with her good service. The breakfast available time (until 10) is a little on the short side but was okay.. .

Pretty terrible really. We've stayed in many Novotels but this is definitely the worst. Rooms are basic and ours had a slight smell of smoke. For some reason neither room in our party was cleaned though we were out all day. Breakfast was basic and completely unattended. Staff seemed mostly disinterested. On the plus side the rooms were at least clean but need refurbishment. We chose this hotel because of the pool but it was really dirty and sad. Overall, very poor.. .

Poor services. Nothing i liked. Worse services I have seen ever!. Breakfast is not good..Limited items are only available. I feel their breakfast lower than even 2 star hotel.
Hotel room services are also poor- after cleaning/tidying up the room, they leave dirty bedsheets
Most staff can't speak English and very difficult to communicate with them- for example, I asked a staff to locate hotel and/or nearest train station, staff just provided a map. Then he was not able to help me or understand what I asked her. Next day, I asked a staff to give me a plate or plastic plate, she provided me a polythene bag!
The hotel advertised two double sized beds but I found they made a double bed putting two bunk beds side by side or together. When children slept, the two bunk beds/mattresses moved away and child went inside - 2nd doyble bed not comfortable for sleeping at all..

Superb. The hotel was ok. The staff very helpfull and polite. The breakfast was ok. The rooms and all the hotel was clean. It is positioned between Paris and Disnylend with 10-15 min walking distance to the metro station Noisy-le-Grand Mont d'est on the RED A line.. .

Pleasant. Cleanness of the hotel also the location good for downtown and Disneyland. I pay 200 € as a deposit to be refunded later afternoon check out and until now I didn’t get the money back !!.

Room too hot (25°C) with no AC - not as advertised. Decent sized room, comfortable bed.. Room was 25°C on arrival. The HVAC was restricted centrally to “heating only” (no AC, no fan - this is, apparently, a “hotel policy” outside of summer). The window only opens slightly (it is restricted for safety). It was basically impossible to cool the room satisfactorily. The room is (falsely) advertised as having AC..
