Awful experience, once was a nice hotel. Awful, room damaged, not really clean, smoke smell in the room. The hotel is decaying. Breakfast is ok somehow but lower than you expect from a Marriott
Staff is courteous but overloaded from the big groups that arrive. Far away from downtown. .

Avoid at all cost. Marriott has really gone down in status.. Pathetic status of rooms and fixtures.
First room I was given didn't have hot water in the taps. Took me 2 calls, a walk back to the reception and then another hour of debug by the hotel team to accept there was an issue.
Second room given (promised that they had checked the room again before giving me) didn't have a functioning airconditioning. The aircon was only heating and not cooling. Room temperature went upto 27 deg C. When I call assistance they suggest opening the window which cannot be opened. Not sure if they wanted me to break it! Finally a technician is sent who took 15-20 minutes to fix the aircon.
The shower head in the bathtub sends water in all directions other than the one it is meant to.
Don't have any more patience to be the maintenance supervisor for Marriott. Will avoid stay at a Marriott again.. .

A bit outside of Rome but good sleep quality. Near the airport, shuttle to the center. We arranged airport pick up and that took forever... after a while we took a taxi in to the city center. Hotel was well maintained, typical conference center hotel. Nice... no complaints. Pool you had to rent towels but had food at the pool bar which was less than ok... However a nice room, good bed. .

A good hotel, close to the airport. Good facilities, a big and spacious room , clean everywhere, a nice gym , good sound isolation, no noises from outside. Very remote location, hard to get to the centre of Rome if you don't drive a car or use a taxi, a bit overpriced.

Ugly. I tried booking on the APP and it showed no rooms available. So my wife booked it on AMEX travel. This place is a dump, even a courtyard Marriott on the side of the HWY is in a better cindition. We stayed here 6 years a go and the staff were rude, This time around the staff was great but the hotel is falling apart and am not sure how Marriott is not ashamed calling it a 4 star. This hotel is not more than a 1 star.
The first night we had dinner at the lounge, I had to try 6 chairs to make sure i do not fall in. there is no cushion left the hotel and the furniture has not been updated since the hotel was inagurated about 20 years a go.
The bed was saging on oneside. I brought to the attantion of front desk and they said we are soldout, tomorrow will change the room. the next day they changed the room and because i was Gold member, apperantly they gave me a suite the only differance was it had extra 6 foot of space and that is becuse they had removed the couch. The bed in this room was even worse. I slept on the floor as my side had no springs left.
The hotel did not seem to care and just appologized.
Marriott has become so greedy that they do not care what state the hotels are in as long as they can take your money.
If you are a Marriot member do your self a favor, if you want to stay in motel this is the place.. .

Staff are nice, hotel is awful. Close to the airport in an industrial estate. Staff were nice.. It has a very old decor with wallpaper on the walls peeling, nothing was dustered or hoovered. The staff were great, the rooms all had problems (no hot water, low water pressure, window handles falling off, room temperature being too hot or cold, toilets not flushing properly). I stayed for a conference and had to change rooms after the second night of no running hot water. My new room was better but much dustier, temp control wasn’t great and everyone I spoke to had a complaint. If you can go elsewhere I would..
