Poor. The staff I dealt with were all lovely and certainly the best part about this hotel.. Unfortunately found a bedbug crawling across my bed on my second night, which is obviously very bad. Thankfully I was moved into a different (much nicer) room. Other negatives: - beds/ mattresses not clean. Sheets stained (possibly by cigarettes) - staircase difficult to climb, especially if on a high floor. - shared shower is small and very impractical. Layout makes it difficult to avoid clothes getting wet. Cannot change the temperature so if it’s not warm enough for you then tough. - wifi does not work very well and the code is only provided upon asking reception (rather than left in rooms). - heaters in rooms don’t work very well so they can get cold. - overall not a very clean hotel..

Good. Locality where the hotel was located. Too much noises at the hall. Unfortunately, noises coming also from outside, very busy street, difficult to fall asleep at some points. Also, walls are probably made out of paper, I could hear people having sex from the room next door. Bathroom might be cleaner....

It's good for travel alone and who has budget for accommodation, but it's better for small luggage. 1. Good location 2. Shared bathroom and toilet are so clean 3. Although the room isn't warm, the bed is warm. There isn't any lift, and the steps are small, don't suggest big luggage.

Great for solo travellers who need an easy place to rest.. Close to different metro and bus lines. Very easy to reach different parts of the city. Lot's of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 24hour doorman.. No elevator. If you get a room on the fourth floor (like it happened to me) you gotta walk your way up..

Good. Location was ideal for having access to the metro. It's alright if you're planning on being outside all day and are just looking for a place to lay your head at night.. One has to be able to sleep soundly through a lot because the insulation doesn't do much to keep sound out from the neighboring rooms or the street..

I would never recommend to anyone . Be very prepared to meet mouses in this dirty hotel .. Nothing. I saw a mouse in my room which is very disgusting . The worst experience in my trip . Couldn’t take photo if mouse since it was very fast..

Bed Bugs., Disappointing pathetic. . Bed Bugs in the room, (Room #25), i had swellings all over the body and blood stains on when i woke up.. Very disappointed Did not expect such hotels to be featuring in Booking.com.
