Great staff, poor property. The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.. The property is rated 3 stars when it is clearly less than 1 star. Maybe 30 years ago that ranking was appropriate. Today the property needs a lot of refurbishment and maintenance, especially the windows, in one room the wind got the window to be wide open and it wouldn’t close, after changing rooms the window in the other room had a very wide opening on the side which caused a serious draft on a very cold night. The furniture is worn out, the floors are broken, the showers are falling apart. All in all the place needs a great deal of maintenance to deserve any stars..
