Disgusted . The hotel is dated, on a good link for transport, ordered a twin room, got a double bed, they have a tax you have to pay but nothing advised when booking, the receptionist uninterested, manager was not site, the room was dirty, the hotel in general needed a good dust and hoover, the tap on both the basin and sink damage one came off, stains all over the carpet and walls and it needed a good clean. One lift and you have to wait as the cleaners where up and down in it with diary laundry and it smelt, lift diary, mattresses left with curtains blocking a fire etc on the 7th floor, pool dirty and had dirt and dust in the ventilation system. Hair and plasters, lime scale left around the pool it's not regularly cleaned and damp in the pool area and mould, flys in the dinning area. Not a pleasant stag no response with my concerns and queries and no one raise my complaint with, I was provided with a card and to email my concerns. Never will I recommend or stay at this hotel again. . .

Good but not outstanding. Good location but nothing like the picture on the website. Lack of attention to detail, ie no plug in the sink, curtain hooks missing, thin towels - but maybe that’s just France! Offered another room when we complained there was no plug but the water instantly drained out of that one too and there were no other rooms available. Nice courtyard and very close to the metro.. .

A pleasant stay. On some websites the location of this hotel is a bit misleading, making it sound like it's close to the Louvre, which it definitely isn't. However, once you get over that disappointment, you realise this is actually a really nice hotel in a location very close to the metro, which takes you to the Louvre in 20 mins. We enjoyed our stay, particularly refreshing in the pool after a long, hot day in the city! The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff very friendly. There were just a few minor negative points: The bathroom was slightly dated and could have been cleaner. There was a funny door in the walll behind the toilet which wouldn't close and showed pipework. The safe did not work. Our keycard stopped working on day 2 and we had to reactivate it. The pool area could have been cleaner - it clearly doesn't get inspected very often during the day (lots of used tissue lying around and no towels available). There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and while it was a false alarm, it didn't seem that the staff were very well trained, hence no one knew where to go and what to do. Overall though a very pleasant stay, we'd go again and would recommend! . .

Want to stay again. Superb. A hidden gem in Paris. Very clean and friendly and loved the “private pool” in the middle of Paris! Excellent near metro and supermarkets Very good breakfast too. Nothing.
