No geral, foi bastante mau. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite a few positive points, such as the comfortable bed and the convenient location near the metro, the rest of the experience was far below expectations.. We booked a double room, but upon arrival, we realized that the photos on the Booking website were highly misleading. The hotel is noticeably older and more poorly maintained than it appeared. The room was small and uncomfortable, with a very impractical design. For example, the sink was inexplicably located next to the bed instead of inside the bathroom. The space was so cramped that even taking a shower would be challenging for someone of larger stature. The worst part was the cleanliness—or rather, the complete lack of it. When we opened the bed, we found dirt stains and, even worse, suspicious stains that appeared to be semen on the sheet. The pillows were also dirty, making it impossible to use the room with any sense of comfort or hygiene. After complaining, we were moved to a single room, but even that one was far from ideal. While the single room was slightly cleaner, it was tiny and equally uncomfortable. The windows rattled with the rising humidity, causing water to drip inside the room. The bathroom was incredibly small, with not even a trash bin available. Initially, I thought the discomfort might be exacerbated by my pregnancy, but my husband felt the same way. Therefore, the inadequate space cannot simply be attributed to my condition. Additionally, the service was disappointing. When we mentioned our issues to the manager, we were offered another room, this time a better one. However, considering we were only staying for three nights and had already changed rooms once, it made no sense to go through the hassle of packing and unpacking again, especially given my pregnancy. When I suggested that we should only pay for the single room, given the price difference, my request was initially poorly received. After much discussion, they eventually agreed to refund the difference, but at no point did anyone apologize for the initial inconvenience caused by the dirty room. Finally, the so-called “free” breakfast was extremely limited..
