Very good. The location was great, only 4 minutes walking from Taksim area, it was safe to walk around and get back a bit late with no issue.
The host "Artil" was nice and super helpful also checking on me.
The room was cozy and well-equipped, the wifi was fast, and the TV had some English movies and TV shows.
The bed was comfortable and the room overall super clean.. The AC was a bit too cold
A bit noisy by night, with loud cars passing or people shouting but manageable..

Small room but fair price in great location. Friendly and helpful stuff, easy and fast communication. Was able to check in late in the evening, appreciate that. Location is great and price is fair. Important and big point: no elevator in the building, small stairs to bring up or down your heavy luggage (stayed at 4th floor). Room has everything you may need but is really small, especially when you'd have been two people. Didn't had enough space to open my bag on the floor. Bathroom also very small and one door used for closing the bathroom and same time the shower..

Nice location for nightlife. The staff was very nice, and communication was good through whatsapp. Location is very nice if you want to stay in a place with nightlife and shops / cafes very close by.. The room was felt smaller compared to the pictures on the website, the place is very noisy even when the windows are closed, and the mattress was very old and not comfortable. I was looking for a place to basically just shower and sleep, so this was okay for me. But if you need some more space, or want a good rest during your vacation I would't recommend this hotel or area..

Exceptional. We loved our stay at the Arart hotel, the room was clean, we had everything we needed - safe, hair dryer, teapot with cups, coffee, tea, compliment sweets, water. The view from the balcony on the Galata tower was fascinating!. Everything was great!
Few tips for travelers - building has no elevator (not a problem for me).

Overall happy with the place. It was in a great location, quiet on week nights & had modern amenitie. The location was great, they were responsive & helpful.. The room was much smaller than anticipated. Small to the point it where it was tough to have suitcases..
