Excellent! One of the best Hotel 🏨. We love everything! The design (architecture )the food , the breakfast , the piano , the gym , the service . It’s easy to access everything. We felt really connected inside of this hotel. When we need something non need to call , you can just click on the app :). The only disappointing was the Indoor Pool atleast to be heated during the Winter season or Rainy Weather/ Bad weather. We did not get a chance to use the pool. And also the Spa not possible for the kids under 17yrs. I have 8yrs and 14yrs. We are used to stay in the hotel where the kids are allowed to use the spa w/the guardian. Gym not allowed for them either. These are the only thing that dissatisfied us, especially when it’s raining outside or bad weather. Kids has non other activities inside of the hotel. Apart from the piano 🎹 But …..
My kids are really good to use the Piano. The only activity they can do during our Stay. I politely asked the staff at the restaurant if They can play and said Yes! In one minute of playing, a person came and stopped him to play. My kids were sad and scared of this person. I asked why and said because there’s a meeting , not now ? I had to apologize for that and I said well my kids didn’t know that. He just left , like he wasn’t happy at all.
Then I went to the reception to asked a permission to play the piano And got a Yes it’s possible . And asked another staff again to make sure and said Yes you can use the piano . As my kids were feeling afraid to use the piano after being stopped. But when they were playing , didn’t even turn off the music of the hotel / restaurant. Hardly to hear.
Take note : there’s literally a sign on top of the piano , that if you want to play just tell at the reception, we would love to hear it . There was non sign that ( if there’s a meeting you are not allowed to use the piano ) And I won’t allow my kids to use the piano if they don’t know how to play a music. If that’s what was his concern about..
