The worst hotel I’ve ever been. honestly I’ve never had such a bad experience in the hotel.. the directrice of the hotel Massiva Mohandi is extremely rude to the clients and her own staff, the way she is managing is just unacceptable. I was the witness how she is speaking with people - as everyone owes her. no wonder there are always rooms available at this hotel when nothing is available around… the management is really poor. - the room itself was really small (but that’s okay, we are in Paris), and soooo noisy.. the walls are made from paper I guess. -old towels and linens - the view was just terrible (see photo) - that have problems with alarm - in the middle of the night it turned on and they asked all people in very rude manner to leave their rooms without any explanation. for no reason!! 4am in the morning.. and that didn’t even apologised after… so never ever.. .

The worst hotel!. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room stank, the mattress hurt our backs, neon light blasting into the window. When we asked to change rooms, we had to deal with the nastiest receptionist/manager who does not really care about people and her job. What a nightmare.. .

Poor Service. The hotel itself wasn't bad. However, when my partner and I arrived at the hotel around mid-day my partner was feeling very ill and we'd politely asked whether there was any opportunity for an early check-in, which was declined (check-in is at 3pm). We understood that perhaps there wasn't much that could be done on that front and so we stayed sat in the reception area for an hour or two and waited until we would be able to check in. Later in the day/ evening we asked whether it would possible to check out the following morning and cancel the remaining two days we'd had booked as my partner was still feeling very ill and the hotel location was a trek from everything we wanted to see. The hotel initially refused but said we'd have to contact our booking provider, which we then went on to do that same evening. After speaking with the booking provider they understood the situation and advised us they'd contact the hotel and request cancellation for the following two nights accordingly, with a refund provided in return. The hotel advised our booking agent that they would not be able to make a final decision until Monday when the manager would be back (it was Friday at this point and the final day of our stay/check-out was scheduled for the Monday so by this point it would've been too late for us to make any informed decision). We went on to check-out the following morning on the Saturday as we said we would be doing - my partner was still feeling no better. It came to the Monday and we'd had no contact from the hotel to advise whether or not they would be providing us with a refund for the two nights we didn't stay. After contacting our booking provider they advised that the hotel refused to provide us with any type of refund. Given the circumstances we would've ordinarily expected at least some type of refund as a gesture of good-will. As mentioned we didn't stay there for two of the initially booked three nights. The same hotel have a free cancellation policy in place for up to 48 hours prior to checking-in. You'd of thought that the very least they could've offered would've been a cancellation refund for the third night, given that we'd given them more than 48 hours notice of the cancellation for that night. We appreciate there are terms and conditions in place but you'd hope that given the circumstances separate consideration could've been given. The lack of service from the hotel to help us from the outset was disappointing, from not allowing us to check in even slightly earlier to charging us for the nights we didn't stay. Very disappointed at their lack of communication/ willingness to offer any assistance.. .

Don't recommend staying here. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The refrigerator was broken. The curtains were falling apart so light would leak into the room each morning. The extra lock on the room does not work because the hotel does not allow you to double lock the room. This made me feel very unsafe. The shower door would not stay closed. The bathroom sink was the size of my hand it was so small. You can hear everything in the rooms next door so it didn't feel like you had much privacy. Overall a terrible experience.. .

Good location with super friendly staff. The rooms are typical "Paris-small" but very nicely done, with warm decorations and excellent functionality. I particularly appreciated the kettle and the coffee machine in the room. It is very clean, with a large shower. The staff was amazingly kind, smiling and competent.. Aside from a few hangers, there was nowhere to leave any clothes, no drawers or shelves. The mattress was too soft, and a plastic protection cover was underneath the sheets, causing extra sweating. Our safe was broken and not repaired during our stay. The bathroom door does not fully close. Hence - there is no privacy. The sound isolation is poor. You can hear the neighbours talk, laugh, sing...until 1 am..
