Charming. Stayed there for 4 nights. Was checked in quickly and efficiently and shown to our room. It’s not a massive room but plenty for what you need for a short stay. Had a very comfy bed and good air con which was w blessing as the weather was so hot. There is complimentary tea and coffee and there is a reasonably stocked mini bar at an extra charge. The shower was very good and very generous. There is a small balcony to look out onto the street which gives you a flavour of the city.
Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and the metro station is just at the bottom of the street. We felt as if most major sights were in easy walking distance so didn’t use it.
We only got an Uber to the Vatican as we didn’t want to be late to meet our guide.
All in all a very pleasant stay in a lovely room with a good breakfast choice. Would definitely opt to stay here again because of the central

Stunning spacious clean rooms, great view and bathroom amenities.
Mini fridge and coffee facilities provided in the room. There are lifts.
Loved the towel warmer in the bathroom.
The breakfast is amazing with so many options! Great service from the lady there also.
Location was about an hour walk to the Vatican and all the popular attractions but there’s public transport at the door.

I would not stay again. the staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is divided into two sections. One of them, which they call the “extension,” is actually a completely separate building down the street. It’s not really part of the main hotel—more like an office building where they’ve taken over one floor. There’s no reception or staff at the extension, which can be a bit inconvenient.
Just a heads-up: there’s no bellboy service at night, so if you arrive late with a lot of luggage, be prepared to handle it on your own..

Strongly recommend the hotel Mascagni to enjoy your stay in Rome. Beautiful hotel near the metro Repubblica and multiple bus lines. We really enjoyed our triple room, which was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly, from the receptionist who recommended great restaurants all over Rome to the housekeeper who took care of our room throughout our stay.. Nothing :).
