Pleasant. Breakfast didn’t have many options but was nice generally.
Location and view were exceptional. There were enough spaces for cars. Staff is kind.. Rooms were not so clean and for 3 nights of staying, no one brought new towels or cleaned our room.
Staff barely speaks english but they are kind..

Nor recommend.. Proximity of the Marmara sea, view.. It was dirty, like everywhere in the hotel.
Tiles under the shower were broken, probably since years and water was flowing under it.
It very smelly in the room, the smell came from the toilet.
Towel were not properly washed and had stains.
Food from the menu was poor, breakfast was very limited.
The beach front is a ruin without a proper sea access.
No parking lot, parking was on the street.
It's extremely overpriced, worth not more than $30/night or less.
It could've been clean at least, but wasn't..

Great location, astonishing view to the sea from the restaurant.. The seaview is astonishing, the location is great and quiet, and the breakfast is good.. The bed wasn't very comfortable..
