Superb. The staff, especialy Alexis and Ana at the front desk, and Boa at breakfast, made us feel welcome and at home. This is our second time at this hotel, surely not our last. Located right near the Metro, direct line to Camp Nao!. .

Great place to stay. Excellent location. Central. Close to bus stop, approx 8 minutes easy walk so was able to get the bus from airport and walk to hotel. Spotlessly clean, well serviced rooms. Did not find a hair dryer but had everything else. Quiet. Warm. Breakfast was superb. Also the in house dinner menu was very nice and great value, esp the nachos. Money off vouchers a bonus. Staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Great place to stay as solo traveller. . .

Worst Upgraded Room Ever. Booked to stay for 3 nights with 2 friends in a quadruple room. Contacted hotel in advance to request a room without bunk beds. Response was positive. When we arrived Pedro checked us in and advised we had been given an upgraded room. Great we thought, however the room we got (room 1403) has to be the smallest and worst room I’ve ever stayed in. I should have complained at the time however after an early start and flight I didn’t have the fight left in me for it. The room had two twin beds pushed together and the 3rd bed was what I would describe as a child’s bed. There was hardly any room to walk around the beds. The windows looked out onto concrete wall and the tap and towel rail were hanging off.
So Pedro don’t tell guests they’ve been given an upgrade when quite clearly they haven’t. I dread to think what the room we should have got was like.
On a positive note, the hotel location is great and the breakfast was also good.. .
