WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!. Nothing.. The room was not clean, there was a lot of dirt and dust especially the floor and bathroom. The bathroom size was very small and claustrophobic with no cover in-between the shower and toilet meaning every time we used the shower the whole toilet would get wet making it soo inconvenient to use the toilet. The towels were dirty and rough and not useable. One night when we came back to the room the bed was soaked and wet! It was raining that day so seems like water had leaked onto the bed. As it was late there was no one at reception so we had to sleep on a wet bed and not able to use the wet duvets. My wife is pregnant so we requested extra pillows and this was not provided! On our first morning it was really early and there were people cutting grass outside the hotel which was soo loud!! Which woke up our toddler! They should have been considerate of the guest and that it was still early to be making soo much noise. Also guests from other rooms were very noisy and easy heard in our room at very inappropriate times like late night and early mornings which was really inconvenient and frustrating as we barely felt we rested well during this stay due to all the inconvenience!.

Santeney ibis. Good location and a nice size carpark.
Also clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly.. No lift so carrying suitcase and other things up stairs when an older person is a bit of task..
