. Poor staff response to coldness of room despite air-con being attended to by engineer. I was wearing 3 sets of blouses that included 2 layers of 100% cashmere. Offered only 2 duvet blankets which didn’t help. Staff initially offered small heater but later say not enough heaters. I got the heater only on my third night. Poor follow up of 2 blouses left behind in my room. No reply to email to remind the staff to keep for me when coach bus returns. Very disappointed at service standards by this hotel with reputable branding !

. This property is outside of the main areas where you would want to visit, but that also means that the accomodations are newer and larger. Easy access to the metro and a €25 Uber ride to the Louvre, Arc, or Notre Dame. The staff has been very pleasant and no issues.. .

Lovely hotel, great breakfast.. Lovely hotel located in La Défense next to the Westfield mall. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is great and staff are all very friendly.
David on reception was always so helpful and kind every day. Many times we had to extend our stay and he was always so patient and helpful in doing so.
I look forward to my next visit when returning to Paris. Thank you.. .

. Lack of space in the lobby area for guests to relax in. No swimming pool. Breakfast is not to a standard that it should be. For example pastries are not fresh, lacks variety, eggs are too fluidic and cold, fruit is not fresh. The facilities in the room are dissappointing as the a.c. was not working correctly, there was no coffee machine which they stated there would be so instead it was just a kettle and coffee sachets with teabags. I felt intruded on and uncomfortable when in the lounge area near the lobby as security guards kept walking into that area talking and were just loud. The elevators are very small and sometimes smell.. .

Your business is in good hands at Renaissance La Defense. We were a group of about 35/40 persons at the Renaissance for the preparation of the Haute Couture show. The team of Renaissance made its best, not only with the facilities they havr (meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, and an amazing food at the restaurant) but with friendly personnel.
