. My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and well-prepared, and the location was convenient and easy to reach. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygienic breakfast. Highly recommended. .

Our reservation was for 2 rooms ,when we arrived late at night the guy at the reception (Farook) said that they have only one room available and even that room was not clean and not ready ..of course we couldn't get the room so imagine we were a family of 5 after 1am in the street searching for a hotel at last we managed to get reservation in another hotel for that night..our experience was horrible with this hotel and they even didn't refund us the amount we paid for 2 rooms.
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS HOTEL they don't respect the customer at all.. .

. The front desk staff were excellent and there was one guy who spoke English. The restaurant staff were excellent too in their communication and service. The downside was that people smoke in the hotel and the cigarette smell was everywhere.. .
