It was not a pleasant stay. Whole family was upset. Will advise ... AVOID. Both rooms were extremely small to even move around. Forget about even keeping 2 Large Suitcases open.

1. In one room, the Air Condition was not at all working. Even if notified immediately after check-in, it was never fixed till my checkout after 3 days.
2. Toilet & Bathroom are 2 separate rooms. When u have family, it makes things very awkward. For family travelling from USA it's a NO-NO.
3. Towels provided were too small to even wrap a small, figured person. Quality, extremely poor.
4. During various prior communications I had with Front Desk Team members, we had informed we will be arriving early around 11 AM and to have atleast a room ready. Unfortunately, we had to wait in a 5-6 people waiting capacity or more than 3 hours to get our room. Only reason I had chose this hotel as they had promised early check-in.
5. Even Front Desk Personnels were not Professionally dressed.
Will advise others to avoid this property. My worst stay in any hotel in last 30 years.. 1. Room size

Worth the money. Helpful staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their English are good so don’t worry if you have problems because you can ask them to help easily. Everything are ok except it’s a little bit far from the train station. The room quite small for 3 people.

Nice budget hotel. Could do with some basics in the room.. Clean rooms. Housekeeping was good. The desk staff spoke English and were polite and kind.. At least a bottle of water in room would be nice. You pay for everything extra. Also, annoying was water filter was only one in the reception lobby. If you stayed at 5th floor, you trudged to reception to fill a bottle or cup. Also, note there two hotels with same names - difference being east or west. This is the west one. The Metro line 14 (purple) Hôpital Bicêtre station is nearby at walkable distance (issue in winter) but other metro line stations are a long walk away. Vegetarian or vegan options are very limited in breakfast.
As it is located at a traffic junction, getting taxis / Uber was not easy, particularly at peak office timings. Also, the hotel entrance is a few steps of a climb so taxis don't come at hotel door itself. Also, note Taxis from airport charge more as this is beyond the border of Paris' core area. I paid 70 Euros and the driver made me pay 10 Euros as tip. No shops are super close. You walk a lot to reach arae with some shops..
