Very poor customer service. Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel November 2016, come home and realised my GOLD NECKLACE is missing! I have than called and e mailed the hotel manager in regards to this issue.. He replied with very careless respond he didn't had a clue what I was talking about; clearly there are lake of communication within the hotel staff and the management. I have e mailed him numerous time but never come to a conclusion in fact he hasn't responded to my last e mail. I would strictly not recommend people to go there... .

Great Hotel, Nice Rooms but....... The overall experience of our stay at the "Nice Royal Hotel" was great.
We had a great time and the rooms are beautiful. The staff/Reception are extremely friendly and very helpful, but unfortunately very very few few speak or understand a little English. The food very blant and repetative. It is like hospital food. Overall, I would give it a 3 out of 5. Hope this review helps.. .

Rude staff, Dirty room, uncomfortable bed. Start the trip off I get charged a extra 15$ to have my wife stay in the same room. Hotel staff litterly told her she can wait for me downstairs if I didn't want to pay the money. It was midnight, therefore we paid and just went to the room. Upon getting to the room, we found it to be quite dirty. We asked the staff if there was another room and they then decided they could no longer speak English. We went back to the room, took showers, and left for to our next destination. I would not advise anyone to stay here. . .
