Bad. . we went on Friday, we parked in front of the hotel, everything was fine, on Saturday a family had parked two cars behind us, we were out for a walk and when we came back I saw that a white Renault with Istanbul registration (34) was parked between the two cars, we got out and on the way back, my car had a damaged rear bumper, I asked for a recording from the cameras, but they didn't give me one, I already spent 150 euros to fix it. Don't go there! If they are correct, let them pay me at least half the money .

Exceptional. We felt very good. This is the second time we come. The staff is very friendly, attentive to our requirements. The location is exceptional. We are coming next time for sure.. .

Very good. Great help and care from the gentleman at the reception.. The breakfast starts late at 08:30 am. I asked to be earlier due to my early flight but was not accepted..

Bad.. Literally nothing. Terrible Experience. Would give 0 stars if i could. I recently stayed at Mehmet Bey Hotel in Sultanahmet, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The room we were given was filthy, with bed bugs and outdated furniture, there was mold and smell of mildew everywhere. extremely dirty room and bathrooms. the bathroom was leaking toilet water and when we told the receptionist abt it he said he’d fix it in the morning when we knew we were only staying a night ? wtf ?and towels were wet and used. We booked through Booking.com, but the hotel gave us the wrong room after charging us 😬. We originally booked two large rooms with a double bed, but the receptionist rudely charged us for a big double bed room while giving us a single, small room instead. He kept insisting the hotel was full instead of refunding us our money and refused to listen to our complaints, even when we showed him the issues using a translator. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive extremely rude. morning of check out we went for breakfast and the guy at the reception (morning shift) dismissed us completely and started telling us that its over and that we only have a hour before we leave the room in such a disrespectful manner. making our stay uncomfortable and stressful. I would strongly advise against staying here..

Location was great, Male Staff totally Unprofessional.. no comments. The Server, who was also the Receptionist, was so very rude and should/are NOT to work in a GUEST SERVICE/Leisure job. No proper English (neither the lady cleaner) and wrong attitude, rude. Breakfast was NOT breakfast... There was only Turkish Coffee nothing alternative in Coffee and the selection...My partner and daughter went to have breakfast and came back to the room terrified... Then i went to see my self and could not believe it...! No words about the selection .... in other words, breakfast was Not existed... When i asked Receptionist, to see the Manager/Owner, he was rude and tried to provoke me to fight (literally moved towards me) with him. !!! That's unbelievable. For a lesser time, in Reception there was a female staff... Smiley and very kind, smiley but...Limited English...!!.

It was amazing!. Amazing! Tugba Bingol was best host person I ever met. Charming place and stuff. I will come again for sure.. Everything I liked..

WORSE Experience EVER. The 2 reception guys and the made who also serve the breakfast.. READ CARFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! I booked 3 bedroom flat with elevator but it was in another building without elevator. Could not stay there because my mother cannot climb stairs. We were allocated in one terrible triple room without kitchen e other facilities and charged more to downgrade. The fridge was not working. I complained with the owner and he asked "why" abd totally Ignored. We stayed without fridge all the time. The room has a bad mold and infiltration in the ceiling which made us very sick with allergy. They not change the horrible towels they provided you. We put 2 to wash because fall in the wet toilet floor. The owner complained and I explained the reason was there is a linking from the shower he replied "impossible". I recorded a video and showed to the receptionist and made. All towels had a big holes on it so does had the bed linen. In over 30 years travelling around and 4th time in Istanbul this was my worse stay ever..
