Pleasant. The Reception staff were fabulous, always kind and helpful. Smiling and happy. The hotel itself was very good and the location is very. Housekeeping staff took or misplaced my expensive hair product and I am very disappointed 😔 ☹️ they should be properly trained to know not to touch anything in the guest room, nor throwing away...
The gym was promised to be fully equipped but sadly 2 machines out of 4 weren't working 😐😶
The rest was dusty and not well maintained... It needs plenty of maintenance and TLC.

Lovely stay, great access to Gare de Lyon and all the sights 😊. Good location close to the metro with great choice of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. If I were being picky - rooms a bit gloomy.

Will consider staying here again.. Lovely little boutique hotel. Great breakfast. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Some nice little pastry shops and eateries nearby.. Room was small but usable. Location was not near city center and a full hour drive from the airport..
