Better than expected. The property was very clean and the staff really friendly, location was also great. The property really was just better than expected.

Nice place for the price. Good hotel friendly staff Knowledgeable & good travel information for Paris The area is a bit dodgy at night due to the high volume of homeless people around But if you go back to the hotel after dark an Uber is a good option. Breakfast was break @ jams Tea @ coffee @ 0j. .

Stayed for a night - good option for it's price. Nice location, it will take you around 30 minutes to walk to Louvre. There are some grocery shops and bars nearby. Comfortable room, nice bed. Thank you for letting me leaving my things before the check-in. .

Very good. Delightful reception from English speaking receptionist who was also happy to converse half in French to meet my limited skills. A very nice traditional but well-kept building.. Obviously the old lifts in the old buildings are inclined to malfunction, and so it was the case with this one.

Basic room with decent amenities. The room I had was a basic room with a bed, a table and a bathroom. There is no AC, although I had 2 fans in my room. It is located close to Gare de Est and Gare du Nord and is at a walking distance from metros. I did not have breakfast, although the coffee machine was great for 1 euro, with 24 hour access.. .

Above expectations for the price. Very close to the northern train hub, lots of food nearby.. Uncomfortable pillows.
