Very good. I really liked the location, it wasn't right in the middle of all the busy places which is something we preferred. I loved the balcony that we had in our room it was nice to sit out and play cards with a little drink on the warm evenings. The bed was very comfy and the room and bathroom was lovely and clean. The staff were so so lovely and helpful and really went out there way when I couldn't get a cup of tea in the cafes around Rome and when I came back one evening they kindly made me a cup of tea and made my husband a coffee for us to take to our room. This isn't something that was available it was only available in the mornings at breakfast so we appreciated this so much and they then did this for us for a further 3 evening for us.. There wasn't anything I didn't like. But I do think the options at breakfast could improve so that there is more options available. I think for a short stay it would have been fine but we stayed for a week and I felt we could have done with a bit more variety. I also felt it was a shame that they shut off the outdoor dinning area as this would be nice if it was to stay open so that guests can sit out there in the evening's..

A reasonable hotel for the price. Enjoyed the breakfast and location. It was good to be out of the main tourist areas. The reception staff were very professional and helpful.. Both the room and bathroom were very small..

Staffs were nice but there were ants in the room.. It was beautiful.. There were ants in our room..

Very poor. . lived in an additional building next to the main one. everything looked good, but the smell in the room was terrible. dampness. breakfasts were very poor. it is clear that the products are not enough for the whole hotel people. Everything is cold. We stayed with my husband and child at the hotel. my husband had a birthday on one of the dates of his stay, the hotel did not react to our holiday in any way. there was not even an elementary congratulation on paper. cleaning was at inconvenient hours, exactly at lunchtime, and not in the morning as in all hotels. We will not recommend or stay at this hotel again..

Coming Back!. The staff was exceptional, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! We received amazing service from Mario, Franco, and Diego. They took a real interest in helping us locate our bags that American Airlines lost. They were super helpful and accommodating. We will not hesitate to come back!. .

Knocking shop. Just got back today with staying at Rome gardens hotel Wow we was put in a different building which is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel itself, the room we was put in was small very small, the telephone didn’t work, the tv only showed Italian channels no English ones, the shower can’t going hot and it actually burnt me in 3 places which have blistered the floor in the shower was so slippery that I’m surprised I didn’t break my neck too and then to add to this all we heard every single night was someone having sex for less then a minute a shower straight after a chat for a minute then gone, then 5 minutes late they come back with someone else and do it all over again this happened every night 7,8,9 times in the night the same thing, absolutely disgusting it was like a knocking shop, would I advise anyone to book here a massive NO don’t.. .
