Great location, service, and accommodations. Located close to metro stations, laundromats, restaurants and grocery stores. Not touristy or crowded neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms (by Paris standards). Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Air-conditioning during in summer was strong with no complaints. We booked two rooms for our family of 4. The rooms were not connected but were closed off from the rest of the rooms by a separate door so that we could leave our individual room doors open and have privacy and security from the rest of the rooms. I did a lot of price comparisons and this place was a great value. The included breakfast and friendly and helpful staff made it a better option than even staying an in air b and b, which is what my family normally does.. .

Great stay in La Marais area... We went there for a week in December, and overall the stay was very pleasant. Rooms were good, breakfast was included in our stay, which helped us to start the day visiting Paris. The employees were very helpful and provides directions for us during our stay.
Getting there from the airport, we took a taxi, since it was late at night check in. La Marais neighborhood is walking distance from hotel, really pretty, especially during the holidays.. .

Good choice of reasonably priced hotel. Nice modern reception area and friendly staff. Modern painting in the open plan reception/dining area. Our room was a bit old fashioned but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was small but had plenty of toiletries. The shower was good. The room was quiet and we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of food. I would recommend this small hotel if you are visiting Paris.. .

Exceptional. Great hotel and excellent value for money in Paris. The room was comfortable and clean, staff members were kind and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Location is also nice, close to many restaurants and bars, and also a few minutes from Bastille station. We really enjoyed everything.. .

The location was great - close to the Metro and lots of shops and dining (and the Opera house) . The breakfast was vegan friendly with lots of nice healthy options.. The breakfast area was a little cramped..
