Excellent value comfortable motel near Urbe airport.. The hotel was perfectly located for our requirement of a night stopover very near Urbe airport.The facilities and comfort surprised us,as did the very low price.Th restaurant was a real surprise in the range of menus items,quality and professional service.It was wonderful to be free from the sight or smell of pasta and fish after over two weeks in Sicily.
The bedroom had both fridge and kettle; the sheets were best quality smoothly laundered,with two top sheets of full size and NO DUVET COVER.
There was as good a bed as most five star places.The room was silent and pitch black( roller shutter) ,with powerful aircon,good lighting ,and proper furniture with drawers.
Pretentious hotel designers should look at this simple place ,and learn!. There was no bread except factory sliced( for toaster) at breakfast..

"Our driver" was the pool where we wanted to stay mornings, and rest of the days in the downtown.. Reasonable breakfast, however instead of numerous wheat breads&cakes, some more vegetables, salads and cheeses could be offered. Delicious coffee. Nice rooms.. Don't understand why no access to the pool until 10:00 in the morning; anyways there is a pool guide already waiting since 9:00. For transportation we used taxi (up to Rome), if you take train/bus, it may take a bit more time, though doable..

Very good. Room was spacious,modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working great. Breakfast was very good. Pool is of good size. The staff was helpful. They offer free ride to the closest train station at set times in the morning.. The location is too far from the city centre. Only book here,if you have a car. Dangerous to walk to the station,no pavement. The pool needs renovation,the tiles are coming off on the bottom. The breakfast was great,however the a' la carte dinner was poor..
