Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Service and Unbeatable Breakfast!. I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment my partner and I arrived, the warmth and hospitality from the staff were evident. A special mention must go to the manager, Chiraze, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Her attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed. The room itself was superb, offering a beautiful view of Paris and of the River Seine and providing all the comforts we could ask for. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch after long days exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was fantastic, with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a wonderful variety of local yogurts, jams, and honeys that added a delightful French touch to start the day. All in all, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and the location was ideal for exploring Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city!. .

Would recommend Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Pont Mirabeau as a "must stay hotel" when visiting Paris.. Everything went very well & our stay was most enjoyable. Location was perfect for everything we needed to do and especially convenient being so close to the embarkation port for our Siene River Cruise.. No criticism of any aspect of our stay..

great value. Stayed one night prior to a river cruise' Good value in a very expensive city, close to metro and RER and we were able to walk our luggage to our river cruise. Quite a few bars and restaurants nearby, shopping centre close by. Room was compact but modern with all the essentials -safe, fridge etc, we had a small balcony overlooking the Seine which was delightful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you do not want to blow the budget.. .

Unhelpful staff, hot room, good location. The room was on the ground floor, close to the train station, close to restaurants and a bakery.. The A/C in the room did not work, which made the room very hot. After asking the staff if they could fix it, I could see that the staff member was not wiling to help. After a few minutes of convincing, she said she would tell her manager, but I doubted it would happen. And after all, the A/C did not get fixed. The bathroom is also got very humid and hot, without proper ventilation..

Lovely Hotel. For the price and location in Paris this is a pretty decent hotel. The room we had was small but had the essentials; bed, toilet, dressing table, small cupboard, little balcony, sink and shower (though the shower had an opening and there was no door for privacy). The staff were very lovely and accommodating, spoke enough English that we were comfortable. There was free coffee and tea refills and the whole hotel was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Would stay here again and would highly recommend!. .
