Not as good as I thought for the price.. The location was brilliant. Beds were really comfortable. Lovely breakfast selection.. The air con was not working. We never mentioned it as we were only there for 2 nights and it wasn't overly hot. There were no glasses to drink from apart from plastic ones. We were in room 304, it was a wet room for disabled and not as per the pictures. The shower wasn't great..

Great location, friendly staff and 5* service. Location was great for sightseeing and the start line for Rome Marathon. Hotel staff super friendly and so helpful.. N/a.

Brilliant location - great for anyone taking part in Rome Marathon 2026+. For all future Rome Marathon runners this was a great location. Walking distance to the start of the marathon and central city location for sightseeing. Hotel was lovely and reception staff could not have been more helpful! Helped us arrange an early breakfast pre race and were very welcoming throughout our stay. Despite the central location soundproofing works really well and we had no difficulties sleeping. The restaurant next door, linked to the hotel serves lovely fresh Italian food and sights such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Colloseum are all within 15-20 minutes walk max from the hotel. Great service, location, room and welcome. Would highly recommend to others, and would certainly stay here again.. .

Trip to Rome. Firstly the positives. Location-6 mins from Trevi, 15 to Spanish Steps. Close to open top bus route stop, it's by the main shopping road too. Breakfast-very nice, informal, good pastries and excellent coffee. The young waitresses are really nice. A special thank you to David on Reception. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a real asset to the hotel. Not so keen on the other two who looked like we were an inconvenience when asking questions/advice. Room-our room was quite good. Comfortable bed, air conditioning was good, although this might not be the case in peak season. Room was a little dated as was the bathroom, but it did the job. Housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day. David sorted out clean towels and did organise a small discount for the inconvenience. One lift, very slow, and others have said the hotel is dark and gloomy with ramps and narrow steps so that might be tricky to navigate. If you want an ideal base to explore Rome, without spending a fortune then this is good place to start. Due to location though, it is noisy. Traffic, car horns, general street noise. I had ear plugs. You may need them if you are a light sleeper.. .

Position is super, breakfast is good. Hot water issue. The position of the Hotel is 10/10. The breakfast is very good, stuff is very kind. But part of that is the noise from the street. Lots of Sirens and cars you can hear all night. Another problem was the water. Not hot enough to take a decent shower. on 1 night we were given the key to a different room to take a shower, it wasn't hot as well. It's warm, but not hot. That was the deal for the 5 nights we were there. So do check that as soon as you enter the room, see it's hot enough for you. On top of that, we had a water drain problem in the room as well. So all in all, we didn't have a good experience in the Hotel. I will mention that we were given 200 Euro deduction as a compensation, but still, not a good experience in total.. .

Exceptional. The property is located in a great location, clean and the breakfast is exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious.
