David went above and beyond with his service. We pick Molins De Rei Holiday Inn for a night because of its proximity to the airport. We phoned the property to ask if we could leave our luggage in the concierge since Holiday Inn Express Barcelona refused to accept it. David answered the phone and gladly assisted us to accept our pieces of luggage since we’ll be checking in in a few days anyway. David was very gracious and went above and beyond his way to help us with our luggage dilemma. When we checked in a few days later he gave us the biggest room in the property with lots of sunlight and spacious bathroom. We didn’t even noticed the lack of refrigerator since David took care of us with our needs. Give the guy a promotion or better yet he should be the manager of the property since he’s always around and proud of his job.. .

Nice staff, no airconditioning and discotheque next door. The hotel is outside Barcelona, and we were looking for a good place to stay after our flight. The staff is very nice and welcoming, both at reception and at breakfast.
Breakfast is normal. It is a Holiday Inn self-service with a narrow choice (only boiled eggs).
Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work, and when we opened the window, the local disco was playing until 6 a.m. All in all, I did not get more than 3 hours of sleep.
The rooms need upgrading (see pictures) and have a run-down feel.. .

Couple's break. We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for 6 nights in Molins de Rei,
We were greeted by David who was quite helpful during our stay even with directions to the hotel and public transport throughout our stay.
I'd like to mention also the two lovely ladies preparing the breakfast set up each morning such hard workers and always smiling.
Hotel looks well, our room would need more upkeep but really nice and definitely good value for money I do recommend staying here. .
