An ok stay. Nice stay for a baseball tournament. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower and toilets had issues. Breakfast was good but we were charged a different amount each day. Dinner did not have many options. Parking was ok not many spots.. .

Not Sercotel standard. Very bad room isolation. Party and voices could be heard loudly until 4am. Marihuana smell in the elevator.
Breakfast was good, but only by 7am within the week is too late for a hotel close to the Airport.
Overall unfortunately worst experience of all our Sercotel visits so far.. .

The reception helped me call a taxi at night and it really helped me get to the airport quickly. Thank you very much!. For some reason there were no duvet covers, the blanket was between 2 sheets. It was uncomfortable to sleep. Bad dispensers for gel and shampoo. The supervisor opened room 261 when we were sleeping. Although the door was closed from the inside and did not even apologize.. .

Graat value and close to airport!. I was pleasantly surprised as the price was already great value. Fran at the front desk was wonderful; we could check in to our room while we arrived hours before check-in. Friendly, adequate room sizes and close to the airport were a big plus! The only negative was not being able to figure out the shower, but since I only stayed one night, was happy to have a decent place to stay. The vending machine with the electronics was a plus too as I lost my headphones during my travels and was able to get one replaced conveniently in the hotel lobby.. .

Great value . I chose this hotel for the price and wasn't disappointed. Online check in made everything really quick on arrival, the room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was superb. Not the most convenient place, I arrived via airport metro and night bus and left for the centre on the train from Viladecans, a reasonable walk. But, I felt safe arriving after midnight and it was quiet at night.. .

Staff very friendly and helpful, pleasant stay.. Location not too far from the airport, good, but no restaurants for evening meal. Nothing for older people and females travelling on their own who don't want to go out later at night looking for somewhere to eat.. Soups, or cold snacks pre-ordered , collected from kitchen area on arrival at reception would be very welcome..
