A great hotel at the greatest beautiful place on earth. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel It did not disappoint us great hotel and great staff. Every thing was centric and secure I love and recommend this hotel A+++.

Not safe and very annoying!! I won’t recommend staying in this hotel. Only the location. 1. Staff is not helpful when we asked how we can get to the airport except by taxi. He only said he didn’t know. 2. Staff force us to hand in our room key before we walked out of the door even we were still staying there for 3 nights. When we got back at night, our room door was opened as the picture shown, we complained about it to the reception night staff, he didn’t know anything and not helpful, we didn’t feel safe to stay at that hotel, making sure you don’t leave any valuable items in the room and be alert at night while you are sleeping, just in case someone broke into your room while sleeping. 3. Very old and dirty, if you have long hair and tried to dry your hair, you will need dry maximum 5mins and stop for 5mins, otherwise it will make the whole room power off, the hot water system is very old fashion, after the first one taking shower, you will need to wait for the water boil again and the next one can take hot shower during the winter.

Comfortable and calm hotel with good location but please check the washroom and heater before confirming the room upon y. The location was very nice. Restaurants and shops were all in close proximity. The central station is 5 min walk. The street is lively and safe.. The response to the issue being faced. We had flush issue in our bathroom. It did not flush, the bathtub was missing the closing cap, hence for the entire stay we could not use the toilet and bathtub. Although we brought this to the notice of the receptionist, it will still not resolved. It was very upsetting..

Fair. Good location, good lift size. The double bed in the room 41 was very uncomfortable..

Absolutely abysmal. Unsafe. Uncomfortable.. So we arrive at check in. 5 euro per person per night city tax. Came to pay and they only accept cash. Eventually we found an ATM, paid and got up to our floor. Bare in mind this is a lift/elevator with no stairs, so if you're claustrophobic like myself, every day is torture. Remember the sliding block mosaic game to make a picture you played as a kid? This was the wood flooring. It slid when you walked down the hallway. Super unsafe. Got into the room (room 128) looked okay for the price until we sat on the bed. The bed was raised in the middle meaning either side you were leaning towards the edge. The pillows were practically a sheet. Super thin and no support at all. The bathroom sink leaked onto the tiled flooring making getting out of the shower almost a death trap. The shower was never hot and you couldn't run a tap and shower at the same time. Each day the staff would come in and make the bed, empty the bin. They wouldn't replace the towels though. They also never replaced the bar of soap they threw away from the sink until the final day. All in all, other than the location being convenient, there was nothing good about this hotel. .
