Weird area. You are paying for what you get, minus the cigarette smell in the room.. I did not appreciate the room cleaners, we returned on our last night during our stay to the window left open and the disgusting smell of cigarette. The person who had cleaned our room on the 7th floor had decided to smoke while doing so and it was not appreciated in the slightest. Not to mention, the room was freezing when we returned due to the window being left completely open. Fortunately, nothing entered our room through the window during our time exploring all day but given the room cleaners came every day at approximately 10am and we had not returned until around 10pm, the window was open for at least twelve hours. The area itself was a bit odd with the large "street market" with odd characters and clothing left all over the streets..
