Ok for solo traveller. I was in room 307 Great location, close to termini station Good price A/ C WORKED Room run down Toilet takes a long time to fill up so I took the head off the shower hose and used it to fill up cistern Water takes a while to warm up Shower head sprays everywhere so keep shower curtain closed No hook on wall to hang up shower hose so you need to hold it while you shower yourself No plug in bath or sink Not too noisy ,I could sleep ok Curtains would close but white veils broken There was shampoo and soap in bathroom There for 4 nights,bin was changed first night but no housekeeping for other nights Door was left open after first night but nothing touched in room No kettle in room Sockets beside bed As a single male traveller it was fine but as a couple would not go there (I left after sun and sunscreen on top of wardrobe) Sheets clean and bed comfortable. .

As a budget traveller Hotel Lella suited my purposes just fine in terms of price, security, helpful. Hotel Lella is bare-bones, good for budget travellers who are used to roughing it at hostels and can do without a lot of amenities. Very good location for those arriving in Rome for the first time because it's just a 10 minute walk from Termini train station. The staff are very helpful and kind - molto simpatico.. Refrigerator in the room didn't work..

Avoid. I was 6 nights in the hotel. For 3 days i had no wifi. And I never had phone, no air conditioning, no heating, sometimes no hot water and of course no complaint forms!! Twice i went to reception but there was nobody. All this is included in the price and written in documents I have screenshot. To make matters worse, when i got to the hotel i was extremely tired and carrying a heavy rucksack, the boy at reception did not have change and asked me to go outside and find some. I did although i didn't know the area and it was dark, and i was tired and carrying my stuff. He said he could not give me a receipt for my paying the touristic tax, but that i was obliged to pay it before having the key. I paid and went upstairs to my room on the 3rd floor but the door did not open, so again downstairs with my things and up, next i had no wifi and went down again to ask, the boy said it was a problem with my phone, i had no convince him to come to the room and he witnessed what i said was true, i showed my phone and he also used his. Apologies but no solution, nor discount. He said nobody would enter my room but before my last night somebody came and took out a pillow, a towel and a bedspread. They didn't clean the room but they closed the window, which i had left open for refreshment, since there is always a bad smell at the entrance. When i went to reception there was a man who said it was not him and told me not no bother him. Apart from that, some things were broken, some others dirty, some both. I could never contact the owner or the person in charge of the hotel because they said they didn't know when this person would be here.. .

This hotel is good and comfortable according to its price. It’s close to the center, very safe area, the staff are so friendly and helpful . The room is ok according to the price.. They didn’t make up the room regularly, change sheets with extra fees. The window was closed good. The AC was switched off at night and it was cold ..
