My advise to you, don't book this hotel!. My advice is that, if you want to enjoy your trip, do not book this hotel!
I booked a two-bedroom suite for me and my family. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the following:
- One of the rooms hasn’t air conditioner
- Wi-Fi is not working
- The refrigerator is broken
The suite is very disgusting in terms of cleanliness.
- The smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom.
- The door card was damaged every time, and I had to go to the reception to fix it.
-The elevator is very small and you wait a long time for it to arrive.
- The reception is very bad in dealing, especially the person who is in the evening shift.
- I asked to repair the air conditioner more than once without any action, and every day I receive promises to bring technicians, and unfortunately they lie.
-I asked to change the room more than once to no avail.
-Unfortunately, my family and I used one room and I am paying for two rooms.
- My stay has expired and I only use one room.
- The shock is that I booked the suite with breakfast included, and I was surprised that the breakfast was not in the hotel, but 4 buildings away from the hotel!
- The furniture is not clean, my family and I was allergic due to insects inside the room.
-In short, the hotel does not deserve one star, rather it does not deserve to be a hotel in the first place.
- My advice, if you want to enjoy your trip, do not book at this hotel at all.
نصيحتي لك ، اذا ناوي تنبسط في سفرتك لا تحجز في هذا الفندق!
حجزت لي ولعائلتي جناح مكون من غرفتين نوم ، عند الوصول تفاجئت بالتالي:
- احد الغرف المكيف فيها عطلان
- الواي فاي ما يشتغل
- الثلاجة عطلانة
- الجناح مقرف جداً من ناحية النظافة.
- رائحة الصرف الصحي خارجة من الحمام اعزكم الله.
- كرت الباب كل شوي يخرب واضطر انزل للاستقبال عشان يفعّلوه.
- المصعد صغير جداً وتنتظره فترة طويلة لين يجيك.
- الاستقبال سيء جداً في التعامل بالذات الشخص المتواجد في الفترة المسائية.
- طلبت اصلاح التكييف أكثر من مرة بدون أي فائدة وكل يوم اتلقى الوعود بإحضار الفنيين وللأسف يكذبون.
- طلبت تغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة بدون فائدة.
- للأسف أنا وعائلتي استخدمنا غرفة واحدة وانا دافع حق غرفتين.
- انتهت فترة اقامتي وانا استخدم غرفة واحدة فقط.
- الصدمة اني حجزت الجناح شامل الافطار، وتفاجئت بأن الافطار ليس في الفندق بل على بعد ٤ بنايات من الفندق!
- اثاث الغرفة غير نظيف ووجود حشرات تسببت بحساسية لي ولأفراد اسرتي.
بالمختصر ، الفندق لايستحق نجمة واحدة بل لا يستحق أن يكون أن يكون فندق اساساً.
- نصيحتي اذا ناوي تنبسط في سفرتك، لا تحجز في هذا الفندق ابداً.. .
