Front of desk staff very rude and unprofessional.. Disliked · Downside was check in process, as it seems not only this hotel but other do the same technique to marginalise their profit. They been selling room very cheap on booking.com. Once the customer comes to check in they tell room got electricity problem or water problem so they got different room in other hotel which is worst then actually you see on booking.com or if i want similar room that I booked inn they charge me extra money. It happened few times to me, which is very inconvenient and very frustrating situation. Hope they don’t do this to other customers this will create bad reputation for Turkish hospitality. Thanks. .

Good comfy and polite. I really appreciate my stay there. Not too far from other attractions. Good restaurants around. The staff was super nice and friendly. They help us for having a SIM card and the taxi we booked with them from the airport was super nice a really great experience ! Rooms were clean and spacious.. Nothing.

A hotel you can trust!. I booked Reyyan hotel for 4 nights. After booking I noticed I made a mistake and booked for the wrong month. The reservation was made without the option to cancel. I contacted the hotel by whatsapp and told them about my mistake. They refunded me half of the amount I spent! I think this was really fair and honest of them and I will definitely visit Reyyan hotel next time I visit Istanbul.. .

Appalling service.. I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the poor standard of service that I received. My booking was cancelled just 2 days before my business trip.
I booked a room in this hotel a week before my flight and the hotel confirmed my booking via email and provided me with confirmation number and pin-code. Furthermore, just 2 days before my trip, I received an email that my booking was unilaterally cancelled due to some problems with my credit card and the hotel did not request another credit card details. Moreover, while the hotel has a pay on the spot option which I chose, they have decided to check my credit card only a few days before my arrival.
I am totally dissatisfied and confused with such inept service from this hotel and I will recommend avoiding this hotel if you plan any business trips.. .
