Good location hotel. Good location near Roma termini, good breakfast. Too hot in room , call the hotel staff and was told to open the window that so noisy all night.

Good hotel for a short stay. The hotel is good for a short stay. We stayed in an executive room for 6 days during a business trip, which is too long to stay at this hotel, because of the following reasons: the neighborhood is not safe. We stayed in this neighborhood 10 years ago, and felt safe back then. But now it feels dangerous, it’s much dirtier than it used to be, and very loud during nighttime. People yell in the streets, there are lots of beggars hanging around the area, and lots of police cars and/or ambulances with loud alarms all night long. The room was large and good, and the mattress and pillows were excellent too. But it wasn’t very clean. I think they never vacuum the carpeted floor, as our feet were completely dirty after walking barefoot in the room. Good thing they gave us free slippers, which we kept wearing all the time during our stay. The A/C worked well, a bit too cold for us (it was not possible to turn it above 18 degrees Celsius), and the water temperature of the shower was too low. We waited long but it never got warmer than 38 degrees. It was OK, since it was very hot outside (35-38 degrees), but I wonder whether it gets warmer during wintertime? Breakfast is included in the price and was OK, but again, for 2-3 days. We stayed for 6 days, and got the same choice for breakfast every single day. All in all, Gioberti Art Hotel was OK, but I wouldn’t go back because the neighborhood is not safe anymore.. .

I want visit again. Overall the hotel was new and clean and the staff was friendly. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in start time to drop off our luggage. We asked to be allowed to rest in the lounge because We were not feeling well, and they allowed us to check in earlier. This allowed us to rest and enjoy the sights afterwards. Breakfast was also good, although we didn't use it much because we got take-out at a nearby cafe.. .

Very disappointing stay - incredibly noisy and overpriced, avoid.. Reviews and photos are inaccurate for this hotel. The location is good for transport but absolutely terrible for noise. The rooms are excessively hot and the air conditioning locked (only operates from June apparently), but you can't have the windows open due to the street noise. The street is busy and very noisy at night, and then commercial vehicles and bin trucks start up at 5/6am - the windows are single-glazing and you will need to bring ear-plugs if you want any sleep. The mattress is very hard and the pillows very poor. The bathroom is fine but very dated, and our shower was stuck on one (very hot) temperature. The rooms are not decorated as shown in photos - just a standard 3-star hotel. No water in the rooms. Not good value for money - there are far better options in this price bracket. Overall, hugely disappointing. Avoid.. .

Great hotel and helpful staff. Location was perfect for our purposes. Breakfast was included and great selection. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.. .
